Mary Ann Mason is a seasoned PR and social media professional with nearly a decade of experience in managing clients across various scales, from local businesses to global conglomerates. Her expertise spans all areas of communication, honed through her impactful representation of Landry's Inc. and Tilman Fertitta throughout her career.
During her tenure at Dancie Perugini Ware Public Relations, Mary Ann led the media strategy efforts for Tilman Fertitta's New York Times best-selling book tour, orchestrating successful campaigns from coast to coast. She also played a pivotal role in overseeing media relations for over 25 restaurant and entertainment concepts nationwide, including the landmark opening of The Post Oak Hotel in Houston, Texas and the first Canadian location of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Edmonton, Canada.
Mary Ann's contributions extend to public affairs and media relations coordination for more than 20 H-E-B stores, strategically supporting their rapid expansion throughout the Southeastern Texas region. She simultaneously held the role as Digital Director where she oversaw firm-wide digital strategy and content creation for key clients including Uptown Houston, The Houston Farmers Market, The Welch Foundation, Crown Castle, and 1661 Tanglewood, among other notable accounts.
In August 2023, Mary Ann founded Mason PR. With a comprehensive understanding of diverse client needs and a proven track record of delivering impactful media and digital strategies, Mary Ann Mason brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic insight, and hands-on experience to every project she undertakes.

With over 3 years of honed experience in Public Relations, Rachel serves as an Account Manager at Mason PR.
Rachel started her professional career at Dancie Perugini Ware Public Relations as a summer intern and worked her way to Senior Account Executive representing notable clients like 1661 Tanglewood, Texas Children’s Hospital, Houston First’s Comicpalooza, Hunton Andrews Kurth, Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation, Houston Ballet, and Houston Symphony.
Throughout her career, Rachel has steered an impressive array of PR endeavors across diverse sectors, orchestrating strategic campaigns that have amplified brand visibility, and garnered widespread acclaim. Her dedication to clients has landed media placements in Wall Street Journal, Town and Country, Veranda, Houston Chronicle, Modern Luxury, and more. Rachel infuses her work with a creative flair that brings a fresh perspective to every project.
Born and raised in Houston, Rachel returned to her hometown after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and minors in Communication and Business.
